A lot of the posts I’ve seen show that many people are well versed in how inheritance and hierarchy works, so I thought I might as well try to ask for an answer to my problem.

Inherit your realm at 50, wait for piety to gather, holy war away. Die soon, rinse, repeat. Other than that, I don’t see a point in primogeniture. However, make sure you stop getting kids before a critical age.

No division of the royal demesne upon death, which would weaken the kingdom monumentally. Ultimately, a system where you select your heir is best, like in a Republican family, but that is not an option for feudal lords.
