I’m not finding them specific enough – for example small knob of butter/large chicken breast/pork loin (no weights). I’ve calculated a “serve” to be 21 cals and 2.6g carbs, your mileage may vary of course. I don’t think a tiny bit of flour once a week is going to make a difference.
